Schedule
The shell closes in faster because the framing, the sheathing and the insulation arrive as one assembly with the openings already cut. Pulling dry-in forward pulls every interior trade forward with it, and construction interest is charged by the month whether or not the drywall is hung.
Labor
You need a smaller crew and a lift instead of a full framing package. In markets where framers are booked six months out, that is often the binding constraint rather than the price per square foot.
Operating cost and certification
Panel envelopes take buildings into EarthCraft, Energy Star, LEED and Passive House territory without an exotic mechanical package. If your capital stack has a green scoring component, the envelope is usually the cheapest place to earn those points.

Panel jobs go well when the panel layout informs the plan and badly when the plan is finished and handed over. Bring us in early and we will tell you where a dimension change saves a hundred cuts.
You get a 3D model, a full panel plan set and engineering stamped by someone licensed in the project state. Your GC gets numbered panels and a set schedule they can build a look-ahead around.
